1. Order Processing & Shipping Origin

MCSARA processes orders every day, including weekends, except during major holidays.

The location your order ships from depends on product availability and the type of order placed.

U.S. In-Stock Orders

For customers located in the United States, eligible in-stock hair extensions may be dispatched from our U.S. warehouse in Sterling, Virginia.

International Stock Orders

If a product is unavailable at our U.S. warehouse but is available from our international inventory, your order may be shipped from our facility in Vietnam. In this case, additional processing and shipping time may be required.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require extra production or preparation time before they can be shipped. Where applicable, the estimated timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination and shipping route, MCSARA may ship orders through carriers including UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the final transportation and delivery process.

2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates may vary based on product availability, shipping origin, destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

United States

In-stock hair extensions shipped from our U.S. warehouse:
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Pre-order hair extensions:
Estimated timeframe: 7–15 business days, depending on production requirements and the delivery destination.

If an item must be shipped from Vietnam instead of our U.S. warehouse, customers will be notified where applicable, and additional transit time may be required.

Other Countries

International orders are generally dispatched from our international facility in Vietnam.

Pre-order hair extensions:
Estimated timeframe: 7–15 business days, depending on production requirements, destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Delivery may take longer due to weather, remote destinations, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond MCSARA's reasonable control.

If longer processing or delivery times are expected, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers either before or after the order is placed.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for eligible orders of $100 or more, depending on the shipping destination and the delivery options displayed at checkout.

3. Tracking & Delivery

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking details to become active. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Please keep in mind:

• Delivery procedures are determined by the shipping carrier.

• Signature requirements may differ depending on the carrier and shipping service.

• Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

• Delays from shipping carriers may occasionally occur.

• We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone can receive the package when needed.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when submitting an order.

Please ensure that all necessary address details are included, such as apartment, suite, unit, or house number.

An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery delays, unsuccessful delivery, or the package being returned. Any additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

If we notice an issue with the shipping address before dispatch, our team may contact you to request the correct information.

5. International Shipping, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Product prices do not include import duties or local customs charges.

• These fees are set by the authorities in the destination country and are outside MCSARA's control.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges required to receive the order.

• Customs clearance may increase the estimated delivery time.

• MCSARA cannot guarantee or determine in advance the amount of duties or taxes that may be charged.

If a package is refused or remains unclaimed because required customs duties or import charges have not been paid, it will be handled according to the applicable return and refund policy. Any shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, or other non-recoverable expenses incurred may be deducted from the eligible refund.
