Where does MCSARA ship from?

MCSARA hair extensions are manufactured in Vietnam.

Depending on product availability, order type, and destination, eligible in-stock U.S. orders may be fulfilled from a U.S. fulfillment facility in Sterling, Virginia, while other orders may be prepared and shipped from Vietnam.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. in-stock orders generally take 2–5 business days. International in-stock orders usually take 3–7 business days, while pre-orders may take 7–15 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on eligible orders of $100 or more, subject to the destination and shipping options available at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates, and check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email.

Which carriers does MCSARA use?

What is the difference between in-stock and pre-order products?

In-stock products are ready for fulfillment and usually ship sooner. Pre-order products are made specifically for your order based on selected options such as color, length, or other custom details, so they require additional production time before shipping.

Can human hair extensions be cut or styled?

Yes. Human hair extensions can be cut and styled for a natural blend. For professional methods, we recommend having them installed and shaped by a stylist.

Can I color MCSARA hair extensions?

Do I need a professional stylist to install my extensions?

Can I use heat on MCSARA hair extensions?

How should I wash my hair extensions?

Wash your extensions gently with suitable hair care products and avoid rubbing or tangling the hair. Apply conditioner mainly to the mid-lengths and ends, keep heavy oils away from tape or keratin attachment areas, and always dry the bonds thoroughly after washing.

How should I brush my extensions?

Brush gently from the ends upward, supporting the hair near the attachment points as you go. Use a brush suitable for extensions and avoid pulling directly on tapes, bonds, or other installation areas.

Can I sleep with my extensions?

Yes, permanent and semi-permanent extensions can stay in overnight. Make sure the hair is fully dry and secure it in a loose braid or low ponytail to reduce tangling. Clip-ins should be removed before sleeping.

Can I swim with hair extensions?

You can swim with professionally installed extensions, but chlorine and salt water may affect the hair. Secure it before swimming and rinse thoroughly afterward. Clip-ins should be removed before swimming whenever possible.
