WHEN SHOULDN’T WE WASH OUR VIETNAM HAIR ?

Early in the morning or late at night:

When you are too hungry or too full:
Anyone who has the habit of shampooing when feeling too hungry or too full can easily suffer from some digestive problems such as nausea, dizziness and stomachache. Especially, if people with heart disease shampoo right after their meals, it can lead to ischemic heart disease which may threaten their lives.
When having a fever:
Never wash your hair while having a fever because of the fact that we tend to be more susceptible to cold at that time, especially the old and children who have weak resistance. However, if your fever is not too high, you can wash your hair with warm water and don’t forget to use a hair dryer to dry immediately at a medium temperature.
Right after exercise:
Exercise helps your body to burn more energy by encouraging your body to sweat more. Scientists have proved that it is necessary for you to take a rest to dry your body first instead of wash your hair immediately after doing exercises. Only when your body returns to its normal state should you shampoo.
