HOW TO HAVE A LONG AND HEALTHY HAIR

Have you exaggerated with the bleach treatments or have you chosen a radical change of look with a short haircut you cannot find? Do you want long and healthy hair and do you think it grows too slowly? Here’s what you need to do to have a capillary adornment adorable. How to have a long and  healthy hair?

 Before washing

Choose to do your hair before you moisten it. Begin from the peaks, gradually climbing to the root to avoid breaking the hair. Also, wet hair is more fragile and thus, combing it, you can damage it even harder.

Still before scrubbing apply an oil on the scalp, the best is castor oil known for its benefits for the scalp – it has antibacterial and antifungal properties and is very rich in vitamin E, minerals, protein, Omega 6 and 9. This oil combats folliculitis, dandruff, and scalp infections, improving circulation and stimulating hair growth. You can leave this oil overnight or at least an hour, as often as you can.

Scalp massage also helps improve scalp circulation, so at least once a week treat yourself to a relaxing scalp massage using either your fingers or a massage device.

During washing

Shampoos can often be aggressive with both hair and scalp. Focus on a sulphate-free shampoo that gently cleanses without drying. Easily massage the scalp during shampooing, without using your nails.

If not necessary, do not shampoo hair every day, but once every two or even three days. If you need to wash daily, it replaces shampoo with a moisturizing conditioner every single day or apply shampoo more on the roots, leaving the resulting foam to only end up on the hairline to quickly wash the impurities accumulated.

Be careful to rinse your hair thoroughly after applying care products. Any residue can do you more harm than good if it stays on the hair or scalp, and it can have a sensitizing effect. The water with which you rinse your hair should be warm to cold, known as hot water dripping the scalp and negatively affecting the hair.

After washing

Never jump over the hair serum. Damaged peaks are what forces you to tune your hair more often than you want. Serums help you keep your hair healthy and thus ruin your haircuts. Choose moisturizing products that contain natural oils.

Do not fall into the commercial trap of the sera that would repair the hair! Nothing fixes damaged peaks apart from the scissors. Some serums only give a healthier appearance due to silicones, but the damage remains.

Whenever the house temperature allows you, after washing, let your hair dry naturally after you have previously let it go to the towel. If you need to use the foe, choose the lowest temperature and keep the appliance at least 20 centimeters away from the hair. Hot air weakens the resistance of the hair and hurts the damage of the peaks.

And, even if you want your hair to grow as long as possible, cut your toes when needed. If you jump over this stage the damage will climb on your hair and later you will have to cut much more than you would like.
